Shipping Policy
All items are shipped through UPS or USPS. Our processing time takes 1-3 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. After the processing time is complete, your order is shipped.
Shipping takes 1-5 business days to reach you once it leaves our facility. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase, CANDALBEAUTY is not responsible for your package after it has been shipped. Please contact USPS if you have any problems.

Return & Exchange Policy
For hygienic reasons, no returns.
Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service email at info@candalbeauty.com. Exchanges must be made within 7 days after you have received your item. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you once the new item has been shipped out to you along with a tracking number.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.

Cancellations
You have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel it and receive a refund.
Currency
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
