We want you to love your hair. That's why we offer 30-Day Returns & Exchanges on all eligible orders.

 

Return & Exchange

Returns

If your item isn't right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for store credit. To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Unaltered (lace uncut, no coloring or processing)
  • In its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CandalBeauty is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue store credit to your CandalBeauty account within 24–48 hours. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase.

Exchanges

Need a different length, color, or texture? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the same conditions above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your item is received and inspected, we'll process your exchange based on product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@candalbeauty.com with your order number and a photo of the unopened/unworn item. We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Please do not send your item back before your return or exchange request has been approved.

 

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, or otherwise altered
  • Pre-order items (final sale, except for cancellations within 24 hours — see below)
  • Custom orders, except in the case of our error

 

Refunds

All approved returns are issued as store credit. Cash refunds are only available through order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase (see below).


European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Cancellations

Standard Orders

You have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel it and receive a full refund. After this window, your order moves into processing and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Pre-Order Items

The same 24-hour cancellation window applies to pre-orders. Once 24 hours has passed, your pre-order is submitted to our supplier and can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded — see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for full details.


Terms and Conditions

By purchasing, you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions:

  • You have read the product description and understand the product you are receiving.
  • You understand and agree to our refund policy: cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund; after that window, all sales are final except where a return or exchange qualifies under our 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy.
  • You understand that once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, order changes (including item changes and shipping address changes) cannot be made.
